We Didn’t Build Onboarding Until We Had Traffic

We didn’t need onboarding when no one visited our website.
For the first 30+ users, I did direct sales. Every single one.
One by one.
Call after call.
Manual demos. Manual follow-ups. Manual everything.
Then I started posting on LinkedIn.
Website traffic picked up.
We added a basic signup form.
People started registering.
But something changed.
Manual follow-up wasn’t enough anymore.
People needed guidance. Automation. A system.
Now we’re finally adding:
→ A proper onboarding flow
→ Stripe integration for subscription management
→ Email flows to bring users back
Some might say this should’ve been built from day one.
But back then, we had no traffic. No one to onboard.
We were still in survival mode.
Now we’re in the scaling stage.
And my full focus is on two things:
Distribution and signups.
That’s where all the leverage is now.
I’ll share everything we do as we go, from 30 users to 300.
Step by step. In public. No filters.
