How are users counted in Heffl CRM pricing?
Only staff members who actually log in to the system are billed. Inactive users or those who haven't logged in are not counted towards your monthly billing.
Heffl CRM uses a fair and transparent user counting system:
Active User Billing
- Only users who log in during the billing period are charged
- Inactive accounts don't count towards your bill
- Former employees who no longer access the system aren't billed
- Seasonal staff are only billed when they're active
User Management
- Add unlimited user accounts
- Deactivate users when they leave
- Reactivate users without additional setup
- Monitor active users in your admin dashboard
Billing Examples
- 10 accounts created, 7 log in = billed for 7 users
- Employee on leave doesn't log in = not billed
- Contractor works 2 weeks, logs in = billed for full month
