Use Heffl's free business tools from an AI assistant or API

Heffl's free tools can also be called through a public JSON API and a remote MCP server. There is no Heffl login or caller API key. The integration guide lists every tool and its endpoint; the machine-readable instructions include input schemas.

What agents can do

The catalog contains 15 tools: email verification; photography, freelance and agency pricing; business-day calculations; project risk scoring; coaching and retainer agreement templates; quotation document data; AI scope-of-work and WhatsApp drafts; and scoped UAE VAT, corporate-tax, property-VAT and gratuity estimates.

Calculators return structured numbers that an assistant can explain or use in another step. Agreements return editable plain text. Quotations return line items, totals and a text draft; use the website for visual export. The WhatsApp generator only drafts a message. None of these calls sends a message, submits a quotation or signs an agreement.

Connect with MCP

In a client that supports remote Streamable HTTP MCP, add:

Choose no authentication and enable the connector. The client can then call tools/list to discover the schemas and tools/call to execute a tool. Client availability and organization policies can affect whether a connector can be added. A searchable page does not automatically install a connector.

For example, calculate a freelance rate from an annual income target, overhead and realistic billable time:

Use the OpenAPI specification for the remaining operations. Amounts in pricing tools use the same currency throughout; currency labels do not perform an exchange-rate conversion.

Interpret results within their scope

Email routing alone does not establish mailbox existence. Tax tools estimate only their stated scenarios: corporate tax requires already-adjusted taxable income, and residential property VAT needs to distinguish the first supply. Agreement templates and AI output require review before use. Treat returned AI HTML as untrusted content when rendering it.

Calls are rate limited. Follow Retry-After on HTTP 429 and check MCP isError. AI drafts have a smaller shared allowance and depend on server-side provider availability. The agent guide explains limits, privacy and result semantics.
