Turn a company website into a full firmographic profile. Enrich from the company details page to pull industry, size, revenue range, socials, and more. Optionally auto-enrich when a company is created or its website changes, and choose whether enrichment only fills empty fields or can overwrite existing values. Each enrichment uses 5 credits.

Connect Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP for two-way email sync. Connected mailboxes sync threads into Heffl, with mailbox allowance managed from billing.

Describe what you want in plain language and Heffl builds the filter for you. AI filters work across list and kanban views so you can find the right deals, contacts, invoices, and more without clicking through every field.

The client portal got a round of branding and UX upgrades:

• Brand color and white-label fixes so the portal matches your company look.
• Support for normal tasks assigned to clients, with options to hide tasks and requests when you don't need them.
• Dark mode and icon polish throughout the portal.
• Payment links respect custom portal domains, and clients can download invoice and receipt PDFs from the payment result page.

Expenses can now sync to QuickBooks and Zoho, including mapping QuickBooks expenses to job sub-customers so field service costs land under the right job.

Status and select field options can carry icons and colors. Lists and kanban boards render them so stages, statuses, and other option fields are easier to scan at a glance.

Select multiple deals and update shared fields in one action, so pipeline cleanup and ownership changes no longer need one-by-one edits.

Leads now support lost reasons and number fields, making it easier to track why leads drop out and keep sequential lead numbering consistent.

Project files can include links and folders, so you can organize project documents and point to external resources without leaving the project.

Dictate comments with voice transcription. Speak your update and Heffl turns it into text in the comment input.

Public API v2 now includes self-describing schemas and query support for field service jobs, properties, and schedules, so integrations can discover and filter these objects the same way as the rest of the API.

Tables in the document editor gained image settings, giving you more control over how images appear inside document tables.

A batch of fixes across the app:
