How I Grew Heffl’s Website Traffic from 0 to 400 Monthly Visitors

When we started Heffl’s website, we had zero visitors. No organic traffic. No search visibility.

Now, we’re averaging 400 monthly visitors, and it didn’t happen by chance.

Here’s exactly what I did:

• Added the sign-in page directly to the landing page so users would route through our site to log in.
• Listed Heffl on directories like Capterra, Crunchbase, and others.
• Built quality backlinks from relevant sources.
• Expanded the website with relevant content.
• Started writing blogs consistently.

As a result, our Domain Authority jumped from 0 to 11 with just 32 backlinks.

Tracking Blog Indexing Without Spreadsheets

While doing all this, I wanted to track whether each blog page was indexed by Google.

I could’ve used Excel. But instead, I used Heffl Projects.

Here’s how:

Created a custom dashboard for blogs.

Added tags like blog, indexed, submitted for indexing to track status.

This made the whole process way easier than I expected.
