Hi Alex,
The proposal looks good. Could you confirm whether the kickoff date can move to next Tuesday?
Thanks, Jordan

Which one fits how your team sells
Zoho CRM is a strong choice if you want deep customization and the wider Zoho suite: blueprints, layouts, prediction models and dozens of connected Zoho apps. Its free edition covers up to 3 users, and the paid editions scale up to enterprise needs. If you have someone to configure and maintain it, it can fit almost any process.
Consider Heffl when you want a CRM your team can run without an administrator, and most of your selling happens over email. Open a customer thread and the linked contact or deal is beside it. The inbox manager labels incoming email and prepares draft replies, and routines prepare follow-ups for quotes waiting on an answer. You review each one before it is sent. See the agents and routines.
Heffl and Zoho CRM, side by side
Reviewed October 13, 2026. Zoho CRM descriptions come from its own edition comparison and SalesInbox pages. Feature access can depend on edition and configuration.
| Workflow | Heffl | Zoho CRM |
|---|---|---|
| Plans | One plan with everything included: $14 per user per month, or $12 billed yearly. | Five editions: Free (up to 3 users), Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate, priced per user. |
| Pipelines | Unlimited pipelines, stages and custom fields on the single plan. | Multiple pipelines on every paid edition; not on Free. |
| Synced Microsoft, Zoho or IMAP/SMTP mailboxes linked to CRM records; draft replies and scheduled sending. | Email integration across editions; email parser and associating email with deals from Professional. SalesInbox sorts email by deal priority. | |
| AI assistance | The inbox manager labels email and prepares draft replies; routines prepare follow-ups and add lookalike leads. Everything waits for your review. | Zia from Professional: conversational AI, data enrichment, best time to contact and suggestions. Prediction builder from Enterprise. |
| Setup | Works out of the box for a small sales team; custom fields and objects when you need them. | Highly configurable layouts, blueprints and workflows; plan time for setup. |
| Work after the sale | Quotations, invoices, projects and a client portal are included. | Covered by other Zoho apps such as Zoho Books and Zoho Projects, or the CRM Plus bundle. |

Compare the edition you would actually use
Zoho CRM's AI and deal-linked email sit on Professional and above. If those are why you are looking, compare Zoho's Professional edition against Heffl, not Standard. Use the same number of users, currency and billing period, since Zoho's annual and monthly prices differ.
Use Heffl's current pricing and Zoho CRM's current pricing for the final calculation.
Run one real sales conversation through the trial
- Connect your Zoho Mail or other supported mailbox and open a customer thread.
- Link the thread to a contact or deal and check the context.
- Let the inbox manager prepare a reply, then check its facts and tone before sending.
- Import a small CSV export from Zoho CRM and check the field mapping before moving everything.

Connect a supported mailbox, try a small set of contacts and deals, and review your first reply. Use your trial to decide whether Heffl fits how your team sells.

I use Zoho Mail and Zoho Books. Can I keep them?
Yes. Heffl connects Zoho Mail mailboxes to the smart inbox, and integrates with Zoho Books for invoices and payments. You can move the CRM without leaving the rest of your Zoho setup. Check the sync settings for your accounts during the trial.
Zoho CRM has Zia. How is Heffl's AI different?
Zia, on Zoho CRM Professional and above, focuses on insight: conversational AI, data enrichment, best time to contact and suggestions, with prediction models on Enterprise and Ultimate. Heffl's AI focuses on the work in your inbox: it labels incoming email, prepares draft replies and follow-ups, and adds good-fit leads, all waiting for your review.
Can I move my Zoho CRM data to Heffl?
Yes, through file imports. Export your Zoho CRM modules as CSV, map the fields to Heffl contacts, companies, leads and deals, and test a small batch first. There is no one-click Zoho CRM connector. Blueprints, workflows and email history need separate review, and our team can help with larger moves.
