How are users counted in Heffl CRM pricing?
Active staff memberships count toward your subscription's user allowance. This is based on account status, not whether a staff member logged in during the billing period.
Heffl CRM uses a fair and transparent user counting system:
Active User Billing
- Active staff memberships count toward your subscription's user allowance
- Inactive memberships don't count toward active user usage
- Deactivate former employees to remove them from the active user count
- Seasonal staff count while their memberships are active
User Management
- Add users within your subscription's user allowance
- Deactivate users when they leave
- Reactivate users without additional setup
- Monitor active users in your admin dashboard
Billing Examples
- 10 memberships, 7 active = 7 users counted toward your allowance
- An employee on leave still counts if their membership remains active
- Review your subscription for the billing effect of changing purchased seats
